  6. This is a collection of files which includes the entire Hebrew Bible
  7. in Hebrew with vowels and cantillation marks.  To read this, a set
  8. of right-to-left Hebrew fonts was developed, which is also included.

  10. Three programs allow the user to read and manipulate text:

  12. - Resize, which will change the number of characters per line so they
  13.   don't scroll off the wrong end of the screen;
  14.   
  15. - Substitute, which was designed to assist in word searches by
  16.   eliminating vowel and cantillation marks, but can also be used to
  17.   add the numeric value of words or verses and translate the Hebrew
  18.   into phonemes;
  19.   
  20. - Read, which will display files using the Hebrew fonts, and can
  21.   also read the phonemes aloud simultaneously.
